About Dolsa Properties

Dolsa Properties is a group of real estate, construction, and property management professionals. The founders, Ali and Dolan, started out their careers in Construction Management and Engineering, respectively. They have experience managing a wide variety of projects throughout New England including new builds, renovations, historic preservations, airports, colleges, schools, private residences, highways, and hospitals…to name a few. These projects ranged from small residential renovations up to 200 million dollar, commercial, new builds. After years of professional project management, and managing their own real estate investments, Ali and Dolan started Dolsa Properties.
