This property was purchased, renovated, and sold by Dolsa Properties. The scope of work included replacement of the siding, windows, deck, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and interior cosmetics.

The siding, roof and exterior decks were fully replaced on this three-unit rental property. The interior of the units were fully renovated using a phased approach to accommodate tenant turnover.

This project was completed for one of our property management clients. We assisted our client with the purchase of a new mixed use (residential/commercial) investment property. Once purchased, we oversaw tenant turnover, and partial renovations of each unit.
